From the moment you report your luggage missing, our automated technology gets to work to try and find it. If we locate it, we will send you a text with details on how you will receive it back. If you do not find your luggage after 48 hours, you can consider it ‘lost.’ We will put £500 directly into the bank account you gave us when you signed up.
