When will I receive my rewards voucher?

If Rewards are available in your GoSkippy Connect app, once an eGift has been redeemed in the GoSkippy Connect App, an email confirmation will come through within 15 minutes. Please note that you have 90 days to redeem your selected card. If you don’t redeem within the 90 days of receiving the email in your inbox, the eGift card will be void.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.

Please note some insurers also apply cancellation fees and charges - please ensure you review your policy wording before cancelling.
