How do I access the pass once it’s downloaded in the Apple/Google Wallet?

You can access your pass through the Wallet app on your phone. Simply tap the pass to display its front. To view more details:

Apple Wallet: tap the “i” icon located at the bottom right corner of the pass.

Google Wallet: Tap the “⋮” icon in the top right corner.

This will flip the pass, revealing additional information on the other side.
