What happens if my mobile phone is lost/stolen/inaccessible?

If in the unfortunate event that your mobile phone is lost/stolen or inaccessible you will need to phone us to log a ticket to get your old mobile phone disconnected from your GoSkippy Connect App and then once you have a replacement mobile phone you will be able to download the GoSkippy Connect app on the new device.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.

Please note some insurers also apply cancellation fees and charges - please ensure you review your policy wording before cancelling.

^‡For policies with a start date before 11/03/26 the cancellation fee is £75.00 For policies starting on or after 11/03/26, the cancellation fee is £50.00.
