If Rewards are available in your GoSkippy Connect app, you should go into the GoSkippy Connect App within 7 days of these being awarded to you in order to bank them or they will be lost.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.

Please note some insurers also apply cancellation fees and charges - please ensure you review your policy wording before cancelling.

^‡For policies with a start date before 11/03/26 the cancellation fee is £75.00 For policies starting on or after 11/03/26, the cancellation fee is £50.00.
