What happens to the pass if I cancel my GoSkippy Insurance policy?

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, the expiry date on your pass will automatically update (if automatic updates are switched on). Once the expiry date has passed, the pass with automatically archive.  If you choose not to have automatic updates switched on, you’ll need to manually delete the pass from your digital wallet on your phone. Your policy details will no longer be valid.  To manually remove your pass:

  • Go to the Wallet app icon on your smartphone
  • Find the GoSkippy Insurance pass and tap it to open
    • Apple Wallet: Tap on the ” i ” icon on the bottom right hand corner tap delete.
    • Google Wallet: Tap the  ” ⋮ ” icon in the top and tap remove.
