Can I still bank or redeem my points when my policy has cancelled or not renewed ?

You would need to bank and redeem your points before your policy ends and your GoSkippy Connect app account is deactivated. If your policy ends for any reason, including cancellation or not renewing, you’ll lose any points you’ve not already redeemed.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.

Please note some insurers also apply cancellation fees and charges - please ensure you review your policy wording before cancelling.

^‡For policies with a start date before 11/03/26 the cancellation fee is £75.00 For policies starting on or after 11/03/26, the cancellation fee is £50.00.

^**RAC breakdown cover will be manually pro-rata'd less any commission
