I didn’t finish creating my account but left the process, what should I do?

If you create an account and don’t complete the activation step before closing the GoSkippy Connect App: you will need to login, using the credentials previously created. The next screen will ask you to enter your activation code, found in your emails from us.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.

Please note some insurers also apply cancellation fees and charges - please ensure you review your policy wording before cancelling.

^‡For policies with a start date before 11/03/26 the cancellation fee is £75.00 For policies starting on or after 11/03/26, the cancellation fee is £50.00.

^**RAC breakdown cover will be manually pro-rata'd less any commission
