Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

£50 Amazon eGift Card Prize Draw Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

1. The promoter of the prize draw is Somerset Bridge Insurance Services Limited (the “Promoter”, “we” and “our”).
2. By entering the prize draw, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to, or refuse to award the prize to, anyone who does not comply with these Terms.
3. To enter the prize draw, you must follow our Instagram page (@goskippyuk), like the competition post, tag a friend and share the post to your story. Please make sure you have the permission of the person being tagged before tagging in the comments.
4. The prize draw is open for entries between 16:00 on Monday 15^th December 2025 to 23:59 on Friday 19^th December 2025 (the “Entry Window”). The Promoter is not responsible if entries are not completed for any reason, including due to a technical error and any incomplete entries, entries not submitted by an individual, or entries received outside the Entry Window will be disregarded.
5. The prize draw is free to enter.
6. The prize is 1 of 5 Amazon eGift Card
7. There will be 5 winners, selected by a random prize draw using a computer process on Tuesday 23^rd December 2025.
8. The winners will be notified via a private message through Instagram Messenger within 3 business days of the end of the Entry Window. If a winner does not respond to our notification and claim the prize within ten (10) days of our notification, then that winner will have forfeited their right to the prize, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. If another winner is selected, the timing conditions in point 8 of these terms and conditions will start again.
10. The competition is open to everyone who is 18 years of age or over and is a permanent resident in the UK, excluding employees of Somerset Bridge Group Limited and its affiliates, and other agents or other professionals involved in the promotion or administration of the competition, including their family members.
11. The prize will be purchased through Amazon.co.uk and will be delivered to the winner within 10 days of the date the winner claims the prize, in accordance with these Terms, using the contact details provided by the winner. For information on how Amazon may process your data, please see their privacy policy.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to remove, cancel, amend or suspend the prize draw at any time if it becomes necessary to do so.
13. If you enter the prize draw, the Promoter will collect your name and social media information, and that of the tagged person through Instagram. If you are the winner of the prize, you may have to provide additional information (including proof of age, identity, a contact number and a postal and email address). The personal data which the Promoter collects from you during the administration and management of the prize draw is referred to as your “Competition Data” and will only be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering and managing the prize draw, including as set out in paragraph 15 below and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy which is available
14. The legal basis for the Promoter processing your Competition Data is to allow you to enter the prize draw (performance of a contract) and to meet our legal requirements applicable to administering prize draws/ (legal obligation).
15. The Promoter will store your Competition Data only for the length of time needed to select the winner and award the prize in accordance with these Terms unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
16. If the prize draw is being run on any social media site, the prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that social media site.
17. The prize draw, including these Terms, will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

6. The prize is 1x £1000 Tui eGift Card
   1. Your TUI Travel Gift Card can be used as full or part payment for travel products at all TUI Stores (excluding the Republic of Ireland), tui.co.uk and firstchoice.co.uk.
   2. If you are making a new booking online your gift card must be loaded with a value equal to or greater than the payment due, otherwise you will be unable to redeem your gift card at this time. Once the booking has been made further gift card payments can be applied using the My Account functionality on the website.
   3. The card can’t be used as payment, or exchanged for, travel money-related products, including currency, travellers’ cheques and prepaid cards.
   4. TUI Travel Gift Cards are not covered by ABTA’s scheme of financial protection.
   5. For digital gift cards, the expiry is two years from the date of purchase.
