What should I do if I have an accident?

You can report an accident or claim online or contact our Claims Team on 0344 840 9503. If you are in an accident, make sure you do the following.

1. Stop and remain calm.

2. Check for injuries.

3. Get contact details.

4. Collect evidence.

5. Don’t discuss who is to blame.

6. Report the accident. Please report an accident to your insurance company as soon as you can, even if you don’t plan to make a claim. Not reporting an accident could result in your insurance being void.
