Annual policy arrangement fee
The fee payable will be dependent on the insurer who the business is being placed with. The fee is calculated as a percentage of insurer calculated premium and the result of individual risk calculations based on information provided by you in your quotation for a policy. Upon request, the monetary amount of any such fee will be disclosed to you prior to you purchasing/renewing the policy.
Car Insurance: General Administration
The below administration fees apply to our car insurance policies:
- Mid-term adjustments prior to inception: £25.00
- Mid-term adjustments after inception: £50.00
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date before 15th July 2023 this charge is £50
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date from 15th July 2023 and prior to 29th March 2024 this charge is £25
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date on or after 29th March 2024 this charge is £0
- Cancellation Charge prior to inception: £25.00
- Cancellation Charge up to 14 days: £35.00
- Cancellation Charge after 14 days: £75.00
Van Insurance: General Administration
The below administration fees apply to our van insurance policies:
- Mid-term adjustments prior to inception: £25.00
- Mid-term adjustments after inception: £50.00
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date before 15th July 2023 this charge is £50
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date from 15th July 2023 and prior to 29th March 2024 this charge is £25
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date on or after 29th March 2024 this charge is £0
- Cancellation Charge prior to inception: £25.00
- Cancellation Charge up to 14 days: £35.00
- Cancellation Charge after 14 days: £75.00
Home Insurance: General Administration
The below administration fees apply to our home insurance policies:
- Mid-term adjustments prior to inception: £20.00
- Mid-term adjustments after inception: £20.00
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date prior to 29th March 2024 this charge is £10
- Direct Debit arrangement: For policies that started or have a renewal date on or after 29th March 2024 this charge is £0
- Cancellation Charge prior to inception: £20.00
- Cancellation Charge up to 14 days: £20.00
- Cancellation Charge after 14 days: £50.00
Bike Insurance: General Administration
The below administration fees apply to our bike insurance policies:
