When will I receive my policy documents?

We aim to email your documents within 48 hours. We will also advise you of your online portal access which offers you 24/7 access to your documents.

If you haven’t received them, please start by checking your email junk folders, just in case they have been sent there by mistake.

The table below sets out what fees are applicable if you choose to cancel your policy with us. The fees differ depending on when you cancel your policy. For full details regarding cancellation of your policy with us, please refer to our Terms of Business.
