We’re sorry if you no longer want to insure your home with us. How you cancel depends on how long is left on you policy. Cancellations before a renewal invitation has been sent can be made over the phone on: 0344 7765 311 or via email at cancellations@goskippy.com.
If you wish for your policy to end after you’ve been sent your renewal invitation, you can call our dedicated renewals team on 0344 7765 306. An advisor will happily discuss your renewal with you and try to find you a price you’re happy with.
If you still wish to end your policy, we can do this for you over the phone. Sometimes, it is easier and cheaper to allow your policy to lapse, so you don’t incur a cancellation fee. Alternatively, you can email us on talk2ushome@goskippy.com
