How long do I wait before my luggage is deemed lost?
From the moment you report your luggage missing, our automated technology gets to work to try and find it. If it is located, you will receive a text from us with details on how it will be returned to you. However, if after 48 hours your luggage is not found, it is deemed ‘lost’ and £500 will be deposited directly into your bank account you provided us when registering.
