What to do if you’ve had an accident
After being in an accident, your first job is simple and perhaps the most important: you need to stay calm.
With the other party including names, phone numbers, address, make, model, registration number, and insurance company.
If you can, take some photos to help support your claim.
It’s very important you contact us as soon as possible and when it is safe to do so.
So what happens next?
If you’ve submitted a form, it will be reviewed by one of their experienced claims handlers who will be in touch within the next business day to discuss your claim and advise on how it will proceed.
