In certain situations, like if you are not a fluent English speaker, you may be finding it difficult to manage or understand your policy. If this is the case, we have options available that we can put in place on your policy to make it easier for you to manage, such as contacting you via email.

Authorised Speaker

If you want to add someone to your policy to support you when contacting us, let us know if you’d like to add a trusted person to help you manage your policy.

In certain situations, such as if English is not your first language, you may want to set up an authorised person who can deal with your insurance policy for you. They will be able to provide us with information and make changes on your policy on your behalf.

It will still be your responsibility to make sure all of your policy details are up to date and correct, and we will continue to send all policy documents to you.

You can add an authorised person by completing this handy form.

For data security reasons, we will only be able to add an authorised speaker on your policy if the information you have submitted is sent to us from the email address that is connected to your policy.

Bereavement

We know that losing a loved one is hard. We’re committed to making the process of contacting us and supporting you as straightforward as possible.

Power of Attorney

If you are responsible for managing a policy holder’s affairs, we’ve made it easy for you to provide us with the information that we need to assist you.

We understand that this is a difficult time so to make this process as easy and straightforward as we can, we respectfully request that you are in possession of the account holder’s details along with a death certificate for when we get back to you by responding to you via email.

If you are acting as a Power Of Attorney for a policy holder, please upload your proof of
Power of Attorney and any accompanying documents using the form located here.
